EXECUTIVE COACHING

 

Coaching is a collaborative relationship that uses an adult learning framework to identify and remove interference that limits the coachee’s performance. The coaching process aims to improve the quality of the coachee's work and  personal life and thereby contribute to organisational effectiveness.
